About the role
- We're expanding our full-stack team to accelerate feature development, scale analytics systems, and ship the next wave of intelligence-driven capabilities.
- You'll work directly with founders and the early team, shaping product architecture, development practices, and what performance intelligence means at scale.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) stacks.
- Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems.
- Own API design, optimization, and integration between our apps and backend services.
- Ensure database performance and reliability, from schema design to query optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to live feature.
- Proven ability to build analytics-heavy applications and make data usable, visual, and fast.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, or analytics pipeline concepts.
