About the role

  • EDUCATION: GED or High School Diploma required. Associate Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or a related field is preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE: 1 year of working knowledge of mechanical tools, knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • In winter, remove snow from walks/parking lots and spread salt/sand to prevent ice build-up.

Requirements

  • Performs urgent corrective, routine and requisitioned repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, and other routine and requisitioned repairs as required.

Nice to have

  • Associate Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 year of working knowledge of mechanical tools, knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
