About the role
- Join an exceptional team at NeighborHealth as a Senior Applications Analyst supporting Epic Enterprise Applications.
- Supporting departmental/ functional team with application and information system knowledge.
- Participates in vendor training or internal training on assigned system or enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Providing certified Epic build expertise and experience for successful product implementation, providing certified Epic design expertise to analyze organization's current business practices and translate them into configurations and workflows.
- Provides certified Epic build expertise and experience for successful product implementation.
- Provides end-user support as appropriate for the application and coordinates with the Help Desk to provide on-going support, includes provision of documentation and training appropriate to the Help desk function.
- Maintains designated master files/logs and documents changes to same.
- Implements test plans for system enhancements and upgrades and assists in the implementation of system enhancement and upgrades.
- Provides certified Epic design expertise to analyze organization's current business practices and translate them into configurations and workflows.
- Supports departmental/ functional team with application and information system knowledge.

Requirements
- Experience At least five (3) years in patient care, patient management or business
- Masters Degree and/or Management experience
- Assists in the design of testing plans for enhancements and upgrades and any required system building.
Nice to have
- Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet/Compass Rose or related certification preferred.
Compensation
- Starting at $99,840 up to $153,920 based on experience

- Several years supporting the analysis of business requirements, design of workflows and build of configuration in a health care environment required.
- Education Bachelor Degree in computer science, health science, or business and
- Maintains and develops new skills through participation in internal or external continuing education programs as appropriate.
