Our service team is expected to embody a high standard of professionalism and hospitality.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of private events, group dining experiences, and special activations.
Manage event timelines from inquiry to execution, including deposits, confirmations, and post-event follow-up.
Maintain accurate event records, financial tracking, and reporting.
Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations to grow event opportunities.

Requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for all private dining and group event inquiries Collaborate with guests to design customized experiences that reflect their vision, preferences, and budget.
