About the role

Public Partnerships LLC supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, to remain in their homes and communities and "self-direct" their own long-term home care.
Our role as the nation's largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.
Explain the roles and responsibilities of Public Partnerships in providing Support Broker services to Participants/representatives, including the responsibility of assisting with the enrollment process and interfacing with the Participants DIDD Case Manager to meet the needs of the Participant related to Self-Direction.
Structured travel expectations - Home visit travel is managed within an established mileage cap to support work-life balance and efficient scheduling.
Monthly cell phone allowance - Receive additional support to help cover business-related mobile usage while working in the field.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience listed
✔ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools
Ensure that all employees have completed required background and registry checks prior to provision/payment for services.
Assist participants/representatives as needed to provide mandatory training required of all employees/employers prior to providing paid services.
✔ Passion for helping others live independently
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a secure internet connection

A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and 1+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations.

Range: $45,000-$50,000 This role is eligible for a base salary within the posted range.
Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.
Compensation may vary for positions based in high cost-of-labor markets.
