Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation, monitor clinical processes such as medication administration and infection control, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Ability to teach, coach, and support staff performing delegated nursing tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric settings
- Knowledge of Maryland Board of Nursing standards for nursing practice and delegation
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric care
- Experience delegating nursing tasks and overseeing medication administration
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently
- Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland
- Maryland Board of Nursing-approved Delegating Nurse certification
- Current CPR and Adult First Aid certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- Ability to maintain confidential resident information
- Preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
- Completion of the 80-hour Assisted Living Manager training program

Compensation
- The hourly pay range for this position is $44.00 - $54.00 per hour. Placement within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
