About the role
- As Project Manager, you will foster collaboration and empower teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
- You will take on significant responsibility and authority, delegating tasks effectively to project team members.
- You will be responsible for making well-informed decisions while weighing risk and reward and ensuring the timely resolution of project issues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive relations and develop relationships with clients, architects, design consultants, and subcontractors, and act as a Helios representative for the general public
- Lead preconstruction efforts in soliciting bids/quotes, performing estimates and takeoffs, establishing budgets, and securing new projects
- Independently manage and coordinate monthly progress reports, financial cost control, change management, monthly payment applications, anticipated/forecasted cost reports, and other financial reports
- Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contracts with owners, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project-related documents
Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of progressively increasing construction experience
- LEED Accredited Professional and/or experience with sustainable construction
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
