About the role
- As an Operations Engineer on the Netskope NewEdge Government (NNG) team, you'll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly.
- You'll handle planned maintenance and troubleshoot application or infrastructure issues in our government-accredited environments.
- Make sure we stick to high standards and maximize uptime for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Keeping an eye out for active defects and communicating them early to maintain uptime and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
- If you have great attention to detail and love taking ambiguous problems and turning them into clear, smooth processes, you'll fit right in!
- US citizenship and physical residence in the US (required by federal government guidelines).
- Required skills and experience
Nice to have
- Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or similar languages are a big plus.

Compensation
- At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package.
- The salary range for this position is as listed below.
- The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
- For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
- In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program.
- $75,000 - $147,000 USD
