Responsibilities
- Transform structural and architectural designs into detailed, compliant Tekla models that meet all standards and building codes
- Bring designs to life by expertly executing connections of steel members as specified by the Engineers of Record (EOR)
- Manage the preparation and timely delivery of comprehensive drawing packages to clients, aligning with project timelines and maintaining the highest standards of quality
- JMT Consultants is a North American-based global leader specializing in steel and concrete design solutions.
- Services include pre-construction modeling, structural design support, steel and concrete detailing, connection and stair engineering, panel book detailing, estimate modeling, and BIM management.
- As a Tekla Steel Detailer, you'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and other team members to deliver precise and efficient detailing for structural and miscellaneous steel projects using Tekla Structures.

Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- With over 5 years of experience as a Steel Detailer or significant experience in a similar role, you bring a wealth of expertise to our team
- You have a deep understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel construction and fabrication.
- Seasoned Pro: With over 5 years of experience as a Steel Detailer or significant experience in a similar role, you bring a wealth of expertise to our team
- Steel Savvy: You have a deep understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel construction and fabrication.
