You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field
You're a passionate engineering leader, with at least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 6-10+ software engineers

Experience with Java, Angular, React, and AWS Experience in this tech stack is a plus, although not mandatory.
