Responsibilities
- Partners with InfoSec Enterprise Architecture to ensure end-to-end architecture standards and design principles are in place, aligned to the target state architecture.
- Ensures architecture designs meet the Information Security layer standards across the enterprise.
- Works with the Tech Business Partner team, application owners, and business leaders to understand business requirements and help them understand how technology solution trade-offs influence strategy.
- Collaborates with project management and IT leaders to ensure progress towards architectural alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Partners with AppDev and Enterprise Application Systems' solution architects and application owners to ensure enterprise direction and standards align with specific application solution architecture.

- Provides overall direction, guidance, and definition of IT architecture to effectively support the PPFA business strategy.
- Supports all enterprise architectural disciplines (Data, Application, Infrastructures) and champions architectural initiatives.
- Reviews existing business processes and establishes metrics to improve business processes, as well as supports all architectural disciplines under their direction.
- Leads programs to develop, maintain, and govern the enterprise architecture across the organization.
Skills
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
- Requires exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
- Excellent organizational, collaborative leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to be assertive and influence across all levels, including influencing others without direct position power
- Excellent business acumen and sound business judgment
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language.
- Assesses (via appropriate measurements) and communicates the achievement and impact of the EA.
- Promotes EA - its processes, outcomes, and lasting results - to the organization, including IT and business leaders.
- Responsible for the overall training and development of the architecture resources.
Compensation
- Partners across the Information Technology and Information Security organization to provide strategic and operational direction on annual business planning, technology roadmaps, industry trends, and CIO priorities.
