About the role

include: Designing and leading scientific research projects, including clinical trials, in accordance with regulatory standards and study protocols.
Conducting data analysis, interpreting results, and generating scientific reports to inform the development of new treatments and therapies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, clinical teams, and regulatory experts, to ensure the success of research projects.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the strategic direction of research initiatives.
As a Research Scientist at ICON, you will lead and conduct scientific research aimed at advancing clinical trials and develop innovative therapies.

and experience: PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant scientific field such as biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or clinical research.
Experience in conducting research within the clinical or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of managing scientific projects.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in data interpretation and statistical analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%) Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
