Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience of working in the student accounts functional area in a college or university setting
  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience working in financial aid
  • You have an ethical and professional conduct, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of student information
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and concise information to diverse audiences
  • You have experience with Microsoft and Google applications

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications or professional development in financial aid administration preferred.

Compensation

  • For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
