About the role
- This position is responsible for sales in the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Region region.
Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with fire departments and public safety agencies across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal and negotiation through signed contracts.
- Build relationships with senior fire service leaders (Fire Chiefs, Incident Commanders, City IT/Procurement) to align Tablet Command's value with their operational needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly communicate ROI and mission impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent Tablet Command at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.

- Preferred Experience Proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology sales into the fire service, public sector, or emergency management.
- OR senior-level fire service experience (e.g., Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief, Chief Officer) with demonstrated aptitude for sales, technology adoption, or business development.
- Excellent communicator who can engage both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Compensation
