Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Sales Operations, Finance or Management consulting
- Ability to be efficient with limited resources, to understand business needs and to communicate and present to Senior Management effectively.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across the business.
- This team is very tenured at Qualtrics (average 6 years) and has great relationships in various departments
Nice to have
- At least 3 years of experience in the software industry and cloud platform businesses.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
- Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader.
Compensation
- Washington State Base Annual Pay Transparency Range
- $127,500 - $155,000 USD
