Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the property's operations, including security, resident services, page team operations, valet, concierge, vendor & contract management and housekeeping.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing large team, providing training, coaching, and performance management based on Forbes standards.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage operations within the budget.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to optimize costs and service quality.
  • Manage all aspects of the property's operations, including security, resident services, page team operations, valet, concierge, vendor & contract management and housekeeping.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing large team, providing training, coaching, and performance management based on Forbes standards.
  • Develop and manage operations within the budget.
  • Cutting Edge Technology: Access to industry-leading tools and resources that drive efficiency and success.

Requirements

  • Forbes background/experience with strong background from luxury hotel or hotel residences experience from a Forbes 4-Star or 5-Star hotel/resort maintaining Forbes standards, and service level delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within: luxury hotel or hotel residence operations, with a focus on Rooms Division. (Forbes experience)
  • Experience maintaining Forbes service standards and luxury guest experience programs.
  • Proven success leading large teams in high-touch luxury service environments.
  • Proficiency in Buildinglink, ADP, MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Forbes service training and experience maintaining Forbes standards.
  • Strong Rooms Division, Front Office, Resident Services, or Hotel Operations leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills. Proven success leading large teams in high-touch luxury service environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. (Required)
  • M100 and CMCA certificates are desired
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation

  • $110,000-$135,000 annual base salary depending on experience, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus and holiday bonus!
  • This is a full-time onsite leadership role located at Millennium Tower in San Francisco.
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the property's operations, including security, resident services, page team operations, valet, concierge, vendor & contract management and housekeeping.
  • Board Relations: Actively participate in all appropriate operations committees, Board meetings, and preventative maintenance programs/initiatives.
