Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours support as needed for clinical operations.

- Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Clinical Operations (RN) to lead our growing clinical team.
- Collaborate with the Clinical
- Lead interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings, facilitating care plan discussions, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of clinical excellence.
- Ability to effectively support staff while providing exceptional service to patients and families.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, end-of-life care, symptom management, and interdisciplinary care planning.
- Experience overseeing interdisciplinary clinical teams.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs.
- Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
Nice to have
- Preferred Previous hospice leadership or management experience.

- Conduct regular visits to contracted facilities to maintain strong relationships and provide education and support.
- Monitor operational expenses, including payroll, supply costs, mileage reimbursement, and budget-related expenditures.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health.
