About the role

- As an SDR, you'll be on the front line of that growth: the first Codes Health voice most prospects hear, and the person responsible for turning cold outreach into real conversations for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Executives and the VP of Sales to understand what makes a great opportunity, and build toward owning full-cycle deals yourself. Your goal is to book high-intent, qualified demos for AEs.
- Hungry to build a career in sales and excited about joining a high-growth startup at an early stage.
- We're well-funded (post Series A) and building toward 100x our current scale.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR experience, strong cold calling experience
Compensation
- $80,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience.
- $135,000-$145,000 total compensation, including commission tied to meetings booked and pipeline generated.
- Actual base pay is based on experience, skills, and qualifications and may vary from the range listed above, consistent with New York pay transparency requirements.
