About the role
- Responsible for supporting the management team.
- Will help oversee vendor relationships by being available to answer questions and complete reporting, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and assisting in the development of vendor performance metrics.
- Assist in conducting regular reviews and audits of vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of vendor performance management scorecards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address vendor-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead or support the resolution of complex account disputes, ensuring timely and effective solutions are implemented to minimize business disruption.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior vendor specialists, helping to develop their skills, knowledge, and best practices.
- By building strong relationships with our customers and network of dealer partners we are able to give options that make sense, getting customers behind the wheel of their car.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of state and federal repossession and collection laws.
