About the role

This position works directly with the client to ensure goals and objectives are being met.
The Senior Account Director takes ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion.
The role may also be responsible for supervising client services direct reports on a day to day basis.

Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple clients across an organization and agency partners
Demonstrated success at developing valued relationships with senior-level clients, and building relationships across all client levels
Demonstrated success as strategic partner to clients
About the role This position interfaces with the client and the client services team to provide strategic direction and support on client accounts.

10+ years of agency account management experience, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience.
Digital background required managing websites.
BA/BS degree required
Experience leading digital marketing initiatives
Marketing acumen and demonstrated experience in leading an integrated agency team in brand planning, budget development, execution and measurement
Must demonstrate hands-on proficiency in developing and delivering presentations in PowerPoint
