- Your Role at Delta Faucet Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for our core CRM and B2B technology stack in the Channel & Experience function housed within IT.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Create scalable, sustainable, and secure application solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data 360, etc.).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Documentation & Governance: Document architecture designs, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to standards to minimize technical debt.
- Prototyping: Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions.
- include creating technical strategies, managing data models, leading integrations, and overseeing development teams to deliver full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
- You will collaborate with our channel partners on solution strategy while aligning to IT's enterprise architecture standards.

Requirements
- Deep Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration and programmatic development.
- Core Platform Knowledge: Strong experience in Data Modeling, Security & Sharing, Automation (Flows), Lightning Experience, and Integration patterns (APIs).
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in crafting, delivering, and developing technical solutions to support business process and organization change.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI across varying toolsets to increase efficiencies while maintaining brand, privacy and governance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand technical information and translate that information to users.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design, map, and implement solutions that align with long-term business goals.
- Experience working with external partners, including systems integrators and contractors.
