Lead the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring all journal entries and accruals are posted with precision in NetSuite.
Maintain and evolve the internal control environment to ensure strict SOX compliance and adherence to corporate policies.
Lead the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Proactively identify inefficiencies in processes and implement automated solutions or workflow improvements.

B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
High proficiency in Microsoft Office products required, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements) a must!

The base salary range for this position in the Burlington, Massachusetts area is $80,000 - $105,000, plus benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and
