About the role

Requirements

  • This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mechanical
  • Experience may be gained concurrently.

Nice to have

  • 10 years experience in software development
  • 5 years experience in establishing technical standards, defining architectural guidelines, and embedding engineering best practices to enhance code quality and system resilience
  • 5 years experience in mentoring engineers across multiple technical domains, including system architecture, performance optimization, and site reliability
  • 3 years experience in technical leadership roles, driving cross-functional initiatives and technical direction without formal authority.
  • This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or a directly related field of study, plus the following experience: 10 years experience in software development

Skills

  • 5) Evaluate emerging tools and methodologies to enhance engineering workflows and ensure industry-leading development standards.
  • 6) Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers with hands-on technical guidance, structured training programs, and feedback sessions.
  • 8) Foster a culture of learning by organizing technical workshops, peer programming sessions, and documentation initiatives.

Compensation

  • $156,998 to $200,000/year.
  • This position is also incentive eligible.
