About the role
- We're looking for a Director of Engineering to serve as the primary technical leader for PRPL's internal operations and client project oversight.
- This is a senior, hands-on leadership role - the connective tissue between our creative and engineering teams, our internal IT infrastructure, and the technical direction of client engagements.
Responsibilities
- You'll oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage a small internal IT/dev team, and serve as a trusted technical advisor on client projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and internal systems (network, SaaS, endpoints, security)
- Experience working in a digital or creative agency environment
- Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices
Nice to have
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing technical role - agency, consulting, or similar environment strongly preferred
