Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to ensure uptime of all equipment.
- Load and manage media types, monitor job queues, and confirm output quality throughout the print run.
- Assist manager with tracking inventory levels, usage trends, and waste logs to support operational efficiency.
- Administrative Support Maintain well-organized digital folders for archived jobs, billing records, and job tickets.
- Respond to questions from team leads or departments regarding job status, changes, or reprints.
- Support quote generation, tracking deadlines, and preparing materials for delivery or pickup.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in a digital printing or reprographics environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

- The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technically adept, and comfortable working in a deadline- driven environment.
- While we can train on specific equipment, prior experience with comparable digital press systems and print production workflows is required.
- Operate high-speed digital color presses (e.g., Canon imagePRESS, Konica Minolta) Scantron Survey Scanner, and wide-format printers.
