About the role
- Data Scientist (Tubi, Inc.; San Francisco, California): Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
- Ensure statistical rigor, metric alignment, transparency, and effectiveness in Tubi's decision-making processes.
- Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
- Must have experience with the following:
- Must have experience with the following: analytics and SQL, Python, and Spark
- Join forces with Data Engineering to ensure the availability and integrity of data required for analytics, ML ops for deployment, and opportunities for automation.
Compensation
- $174,000 - 191,400 per year
- Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
- Must have experience with the following: analytics and SQL, Python, and Spark; A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference in a technology-driven environment; extracting insights from large datasets using statistical methods; product analytics and working with event-level data; and video streaming industry.
