About the role

Coordinates end-to-end program execution, logistics, stakeholder communications, reporting, and participant experience for a portfolio of recognition and engagement initiatives.
Coordinates event logistics including registration, venue management, travel, accommodations, communications, materials, and attendee experience.
Serves as a key contact for program participants and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and coordinating resolution of issues.

Supports the delivery of strategic initiatives and high-profile experiences that reinforce a culture of performance excellence, employee engagement, and alignment with BMO values.
Partners with Leaders, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources and external vendors to implement recognition and engagement programs, events, and employee experience initiatives.
Works closely with senior program leaders to deliver business objectives while ensuring programs are executed effectively, consistently, and in accordance with established governance, risk, and budget requirements.
Provides recommendations and insights to support program enhancements and operational effectiveness.
Develops solutions and recommendations based on an understanding of business objectives, employee experience priorities, and stakeholder needs.

$61,600.00 - $113,900.00
For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
