About the role

  • Coordinates end-to-end program execution, logistics, stakeholder communications, reporting, and participant experience for a portfolio of recognition and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinates event logistics including registration, venue management, travel, accommodations, communications, materials, and attendee experience.
  • Serves as a key contact for program participants and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and coordinating resolution of issues.

  • Partners with Leaders, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources and external vendors to implement recognition and engagement programs, events, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Works closely with senior program leaders to deliver business objectives while ensuring programs are executed effectively, consistently, and in accordance with established governance, risk, and budget requirements.
  • Provides recommendations and insights to support program enhancements and operational effectiveness.
  • Develops solutions and recommendations based on an understanding of business objectives, employee experience priorities, and stakeholder needs.

Compensation

  • $61,600.00 - $113,900.00
  • For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
  • BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
