About the role

  • FTZ World Services LLC is a leading expert in Foreign Trade Zones servicing FTZ Operators and Users.
  • FTZ World Services will provide FTZ specific training for candidates regarding FTZ operations and manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Validate FTZ data against actual documentation as needed to ensure accuracy of integration and information.
  • Other duties as assigned - Depending on status of ongoing projects and support needed on the different areas of Customs Compliance including but not limited to audits
  • Provide operational support to clients, internal and external.

Requirements

  • FTZ World Services LLC, a division of Expeditors International of Washington Inc., is backed by more than 100 years of experience in managing free trade zones.
  • Candidate should have experience with importing, exporting, in-bond transactions, and CBP and FTZ regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in Foreign-Trade Zone operations
  • Experience working for a Custom Brokers
  • Experience dealing directly with US Customs and Border Protection.
  • Experience with Import and Export and compliance
  • Maintain proper record keeping required for management of the FTZ.

Compensation

  • Ensure all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual FTZ forms and reports necessary for FTZ operations are submitted and reviewed for accuracy.
  • Provide annual FTZ reports (Yearly Blanket CBP form 216, Annual Reconciliation, Certification Letter, FTZ Board Report)
