About the role
- FTZ World Services LLC is a leading expert in Foreign Trade Zones servicing FTZ Operators and Users.
- FTZ World Services will provide FTZ specific training for candidates regarding FTZ operations and manufacturing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Validate FTZ data against actual documentation as needed to ensure accuracy of integration and information.
- Other duties as assigned - Depending on status of ongoing projects and support needed on the different areas of Customs Compliance including but not limited to audits
- Provide operational support to clients, internal and external.
Requirements
- FTZ World Services LLC, a division of Expeditors International of Washington Inc., is backed by more than 100 years of experience in managing free trade zones.
- Candidate should have experience with importing, exporting, in-bond transactions, and CBP and FTZ regulations and compliance.
- Experience in Foreign-Trade Zone operations
- Experience working for a Custom Brokers
- Experience dealing directly with US Customs and Border Protection.
- Experience with Import and Export and compliance
- Maintain proper record keeping required for management of the FTZ.
Compensation
- Ensure all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual FTZ forms and reports necessary for FTZ operations are submitted and reviewed for accuracy.
- Provide annual FTZ reports (Yearly Blanket CBP form 216, Annual Reconciliation, Certification Letter, FTZ Board Report)
