About the role

Position Purpose The Creative Coordinator serves as the primary coordinator of Disciples Church's communications and digital engagement efforts.
This position combines communication strategy, digital content creation, storytelling, and project coordination to ensure that ministry initiatives are communicated clearly, consistently, and effectively across all platforms.
Communications & Digital Engagement Coordinate and execute church-wide communication efforts across multiple platforms to ensure people remain informed, engaged, and connected to the life of Disciples Church.

Lead the church's social media presence by creating engaging content that reflects the culture, mission, and ministry of Disciples Church.
Recruiting, developing, and supporting the Social Media Dream Team.
Help tell the story of what God is doing through Disciples Church by identifying and developing content that highlights life change, ministry impact, and opportunities for connection.
Developing story concepts and interview outlines in collaboration with the Creative Director.
The Creative Coordinator serves as a key partner to ministry leaders and the Creative Team, helping move projects from concept to completion while maintaining excellence, organization, and brand consistency.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
Experience in communications, marketing, digital media, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
