- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.

- $95,900.00 - $159,900.00

- You will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance.
- You will facilitate Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Workshops, and Value Stream Mapping.
- You will improve manufacturing flow through line balancing, standardized work, pull systems, and WIP optimization.
- You will be a partner with production leadership to improve throughput, productivity, and capacity.
- You will implement lean manufacturing tools (i.e. standard work systems, visual management, Tier Daily Management)
- Coach teams on Lean tools, Problem Solving methodologies (PDCA, A3 Thinking), and Root Cause Analysis.
- Collaborate across EHSS, Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Process, Equipment & Industrial Engineering, and MES
- You will instill a mindset of Lean Manufacturing, respect for everybody and empower team members around you to continuously improve everyday
- You have a bias for action and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- You have a proven track record of leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives that deliver measurable business results
- You use manufacturing data to identify opportunities, translate into compelling stories and execute using a structured approach to solve operational challenges
- You balance strategic thinking with a hands-on presence on the manufacturing floor
- You are a role model for effective behaviors
- You take ownership and deliver sustainable, standardized improvements
