Responsibilities
- This program is specifically designed to offer hands-on experience that result in the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity as the conclusion of the training.
- Perform Open Order Report (OOR) management to include dock dates, need dates, contract dates and program communications.
- Define and develop material strategy for on-time supplier delivery.
- Proactively assess delivery risks and collaborate with Programs.
- Lead supplier issue management, prioritization, expediting.
- As a part of the Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS)Team you'll join experts in developing systems and solutions that keep our world safe.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Nice to have
- Experience with team collaboration
- Experience in supplier manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Compensation
- $72,400.00 - $108,600.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
