Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to use AI for document synthesis, requirements analysis, data pattern recognition, risk identification, and deliverable creation in a professional consulting context Comfort prompting and directing AI tools effectively.

Compensation
- $140,000-$160,000 annually based on experience Generous PTO: 15 days (0-5 years) or 20 days (5+ years), plus 9 paid holidays and WA state sick leave accrual Bonus Leave program for employees who go above and beyond.
