You'll own key parts of the general ledger, drive a clean and efficient monthly close, and support the reporting that informs decisions at the highest levels of the company.

Own and maintain assigned general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of journal entries on a monthly basis.
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner.
Maintain fixed asset schedules including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliation to the general ledger.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed, including coding, approvals, and cash application.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and FP&A to ensure accurate financial data.

2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Hands-on experience with month-end close processes including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Proficiency with an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Experience in a high-growth startup or manufacturing/industrial environment.
Familiarity with intercompany accounting or multi-entity consolidations.
Experience supporting an external audit or working directly with auditors.

Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process including preparation of accruals, prepaid amortization, and recurring journal entries.
