Responsibilities
- Maintains and monitors the machines and the environment on the production floor to meet company standards and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Build and perform minor repairs.
- Performs operational, craft or manual tasks
- Performs tasks according to established procedures
- Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others
- Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
- Serves as team lead, may allocate work and provide subject matter guidance to more junior team members
- Impacts the effectiveness of own team and closely related teams

Requirements
- Associate degree and Technical/Trade School
- 8 -10 years' experience within a high-volume production environment with resultant knowledge of insertion/finishing equipment
- A proven proficiency in the operation, repair and maintenance of insertion/finishing equipment, electric and electric circuit experience necessary
- Full understanding and working knowledge of equipment software and operating systems.
- Understanding and working knowledge of LAN configuration, hardware, cabling and functionality of components
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Completion of required safety training to include Lockout Tagout, Electrical Safety, PPE, etc.
- Full understanding and working knowledge of equipment software and operating systems. Experience in mode building and implementation. Full functional abilities around transferring of software, upgrading software and modifying software used in our production operations equipment.
- 40+ hours BR or Vendor Training on multiple levels, i.e. beginners, intermediate, etc.
- 8+ hours Safety/Electrical Training
