About the role
- We're hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to help scale how Poetic hires.
- This role sits at the center of our recruiting process - ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews are tightly run, and every touchpoint reflects a high bar.
- This is not a purely administrative role.
Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling across multiple roles and stakeholders via email and slack
- Deliver a high-quality, responsive candidate experience
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving with urgency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Ashby (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and messages simultaneously without dropping details (you will have 100s of messages to respond to every day, so you should be very on top of everything)
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar communications role
Nice to have
- Experience working with an ATS (we use Ashby)
- Experience at a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to recruiting operations or process improvement work
- Experience supporting executive-level scheduling
- Series A at a $500mm valuation from Founders Fund, Kleiner Perkins, OpenAI, and other investors.
- We're a tight-knit team that works hard because we believe that the nature of how computers work for people will finally change
- Generally 9am to 9pm PT, six days a week (Monday through Friday, plus Sundays).
