About the role
- Please Note: This is a remote position available in the state listed on this job.
- Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Responsibilities
- You design and improve scalable and repeatable processes.
Requirements
- Experience with partner sales, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners.
- Demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks and projects, driving them to completion.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to see complex initiatives through from start to finish while prioritizing effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- You have strong experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Nice to have
- You hold certifications in project management, Salesforce, Salesloft or Outreach, Chili Piper, LeanData, Attention, or Six Sigma.
- An MBA is a plus!
Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and motivate change without direct authority.
- Prior experience working within Salesforce or another CRM like Hubspot.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
