About the role
- We have strategic partnerships with cloud application leaders in human capital management and accounting/finance (ERP) operations.
- Throughout the project, you are working closing with project sponsors and practice managers to ensure customer expectations are met and the projects deploy on-time and on-budget.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related field is required
- 3-5 years experience in Software Implementation
- Demonstrated experience with change management is an asset
- Proven experience working with large amounts of data (i.e. facts, figures, number crunching, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data and determine conclusions
- Must be vigilant in analysis to come to correct conclusions
- Experience in business process mapping
- Knowledge & Skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking through reviewing numbers, trends, and data yielding conclusions based on findings
- Attention to detail
- Superior math skills
- High level of integrity working with highly confidential client and customer data
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of software implementation project management experience is preferred
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing environment, including experience with an HRIS system is preferred
