  • Location: 1370 Chemong Rd Peterborough, Ontario K9J 6X2 ( Hyundai) Wage: $18.00 per hour Open availability: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • In this key front-line role, you'll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller-while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Requirements

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
  • If you have a growth mindset like us, we'd love to see your resume and have a conversation.
  • Completion of High School
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
  • Above average computer skills
  • Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
  • A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
  • Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
  • Licensing paperwork
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Daily production reports and till balancing
