About the role

  • This role is responsible for overseeing projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans that support successful execution while maintaining control of budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Recruit, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to support project execution, specialized expertise, workforce needs, and cost objectives.
  • Support field teams by removing obstacles and ensuring resources are available to keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within company systems, including project updates, customer communications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and approvals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing responsive communication and professional project leadership.
  • Perform regular job site visits to verify progress, quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from initiation through completion
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and competing priorities

Requirements

  • Ensure supervisors and field personnel complete required inspections, quality checks, and final approvals before project completion.
  • The ability to quickly understand and adapt to new systems and technologies is essential.
