About the role

We are seeking a commercially-minded and visionary Head of Product (Director / Sr Director) to shape Noonlight's long-term product strategy and innovation agenda as we enter our next phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity to help define the future of connected safety at the intersection of AI, monitoring, smart devices, and emergency response infrastructure.
The ideal candidate brings strong product instincts, strategic judgment, and experience operating in API-first and technology platform businesses.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product strategy with customer needs, business priorities, and growth opportunities.
Develop talent through clear expectations, thoughtful coaching, and leadership development.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market shifts, and emerging industry trends.

Requirements

Proven success shaping product strategy, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and leading high-performing teams in growth-stage or scaling technology companies.
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of connected devices, monitoring, safety, security, or adjacent IoT markets.
Ability to identify and evaluate emerging technology and industry shifts.
Noonlight's technology works everywhere in the United States and Canada, allowing end users to quickly get help in any situation, without requiring a 911 call or the ability to talk or text.
Deep product intuition, paired with analytical rigor and sound judgment.
Strong alignment to customer outcomes, business impact, and team development.
Experience building platform products and partner ecosystems.
