About the role
- We are hiring a Head of Infrastructure to stand up Clark's infrastructure, security, and compliance foundation.
- As Clark sells into accounting firms and enterprise environments, infrastructure and security become critical to the GTM motion.
- This role directly impacts product velocity, customer trust, and sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Own Clark's infrastructure architecture and cloud environment
- Own the customer security-review pipeline
- Partner with engineering on reliability and scalability
- Create infrastructure standards, access controls, and operational best practices
- Build the foundation for a future infrastructure/security team
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Product on customer security questions
- Clark is building the trust infrastructure for the AI economy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of infrastructure, platform, security, DevOps, or SRE experience
- Experience owning production infrastructure in a high-growth company
- Strong understanding of security, access control, reliability, and compliance
- Experience supporting enterprise security reviews
- Experience with SOC 2, ISO, or similar compliance frameworks
- Experience at an early-stage startup
