About the role
- Headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, we have 10 global offices.
- You will play a crucial role in leading and managing operations for ongoing client engagements for our life sciences/pharma clients.
- You will be responsible for project leadership, team management, enhancing data processes, and managing client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
- Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL, etc.) and experience working with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word
- advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience as a team leader or people manager.
- Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Skills
- Serve as a subject matter expert on current industry trends and analytical best practices in the life sciences industry.
- Frequently utilize coding to facilitate data processing, analytics, and reporting.
- Grow external client engagements, owning the relationship between the client and the firm.
