About the role

  • Join a team driving enterprise-wide transformation where your work will directly shape how employees experience change.
  • As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with Business Transformation leaders, Business Process Owners, and Executive Leadership to turn complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans that accelerate readiness and adoption.
  • You'll also leverage Microsoft Copilot AI to enhance analysis, planning, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Build alignment, manage stakeholder expectations, resolve differences, and drive commitment to change.
  • Translate complex changes into clear, audience-focused communications that build understanding and support.
  • Analyze readiness, adoption, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize change strategies.
  • Equip leaders and managers to lead change, address resistance, and reinforce adoption across their teams.
  • Skills: Customer Service focused in developing relationships, excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in Microsoft Suite, strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

  • Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Masters Degree preferred

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $1 1 0,000 - $135,000.
  • This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
