- The Counsel, Media Use & Royalty Manager is a professional who is responsible for maintaining and servicing performance licenses necessary to use music in various media.
Responsibilities
- Provides legal support throughout real and personal property, including real estate, leases, and the mergers and acquisitions process, including conducting due diligence and advising on structuring and documentation.
Compensation
- The role will also prepare, review and process royalty accounting reports, remitting payment for incentive compensation payees and writers and authors (K-LOVE Books).
