About the role

Anchin is looking for a Trust and Estates Tax Principal within the Private Client Group that will provide strategic tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and their entities, including trusts and estates.
This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, overseeing complex tax planning and compliance, and driving business development initiatives.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Lead marketing and networking efforts to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Manage risk exposure through thorough review and documentation of tax positions.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client matters with discretion.
Communicates Effectively: Delivers messages in a clear and concise manner, listens attentively.
Being Resilient: Shows confidence under pressure, maintains a positive attitude despite adversity.
Trustworthiness: Keeps confidences and develops a reputation for being honest and ethical.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
CPA or Enrolled Agent required.
Minimum of 12+ years in trust and estates tax services, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
Deals with technical issues comfortably and can complete work at a high level of proficiency.
Education:

Relates comfortably to all levels of people, both internally and externally.
Nimble Learner: Learns quickly when facing new situations, willingly takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
Technical Proficiency: Deals with technical issues comfortably and can complete work at a high level of proficiency.
