About the role

Attentive's Data Platform is responsible for collecting high-quality first-party data for our brands.
This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure and intelligence.
In parallel, you will expand our Identity capabilities, ensuring that behavioral signals are reliably resolved to known users and that our collection layer serves as a durable foundation for downstream personalization at scale.

As the Lead Product Manager, First-Party Data Platform, you will own our web collection layer end-to-end, which directly impacts many of Attentive's downstream product areas to personalize every message.
Own the roadmap for Attentive's web-based first-party data collection (client-side and server-side), defining how brands instrument and bring data into the platform
A track record of driving execution in cross-functional environments where Engineering, Support, and GTM teams depend on your product decisions

Ability to work closely with engineers on technical systems while translating instrumentation complexity into clear customer-facing workflows and business outcomes

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 - $218,450 annually + equity + benefits
