About the role
- To serve guests with excellence, being a liaison between the guest group and Forest Home operations.
- Hosts will stay on property during event, including overnight, and come alongside groups providing information, problem solving, ensuring safety, and a premier guest experience.
- Provides exceptional hospitality to guest groups for the full duration of their stay.
Responsibilities
- Provides appropriate spiritual support to group leadership during an event.
- Delivers announcements and safety guidelines to group leadership and campers.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by leadership

- Ability to hear from God and pray for people, both in person and on the phone
- Ability to relate to all types of individuals in a gracious manner.
- Ability to live on grounds during conferences.
