About the role

- This role will play a key part in optimizing supply chain processes, supporting international operations, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Oversee vendor relationships, conduct supplier performance evaluations, and support contract negotiations to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
- Develop and execute operational plans aligned with business goals, customer demand, and production schedules.
- Support risk management and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential to collaborate with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading supply chain operations teams.
- Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems.
- Familiarity with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
- Serve as a liaison with global suppliers and manufacturing partners, conducting business and negotiations in Mandarin where required.
Nice to have
- IVD experience preferred.
