Responsibilities
- Create an Addendum Cost/Price Analysis Report, that addresses any cost/pricing proposal revisions stemming from discussions or negotiations.
Requirements
- 9-12 years of progressive experience in Federal Government cost/price analysis, to include experience conducting cost realism and reasonableness analysis on all types of contracts
- relevant experience within the last 2 years.
- Generate a full spectrum, cost/price analysis draft report to document cost reasonableness and cost realism analysis (price realism analysis, when required).
Nice to have
- TS/SCI (ideally + CI poly, but poly can be done later)
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding and experience with cost analysis during source selections and protests.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the full scope of laws, regulations, and policies that affect both the development of IGCEs and the evaluation of cost proposals.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARs) and contract administration
- Clearance: TS/SCI (ideally + CI poly, but poly can be done later)
