Experience implementing and enforcing safety standards within warehouse and maintenance environments.
5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience

Experience leading training strategy initiatives across large-scale operations and working cross-functionally at senior levels.
Experience mentoring trainers, using data analytics for training effectiveness measurement, and leading change management initiatives.
Master's degree (MBA or related discipline), or Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, or experience working with stakeholders.
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
